- Let you know who`s calling before you pick up the phone;
a customizable display appears from 1 of 9 different locations on your computer screen to tell you who`s calling,
optionally, you can have displays appear on computers networked to yours.

- CallClerk can also provide you with a printed list of your history log and directory entries.
- Make dialing an outgoing number a snap;
- CallClerk can dial a phone number you`ve copied into the clipboard,
very handy when your surfing the web and want to call a number typed out on a web page,
- it can also dial the number of someone who has called (from either the directory or history log), and
- can dial a number that you key in on your computer`s keyboard.
- Keep track of calls (received and placed) in your Computer`s Windows Application Log (Windows 2000 and XP);
- Resound a good old fashion telephone bell ring when you receive a call;
- Share you computer`s modem with other applications (when in TAPI mode);
- Auto detect if your modem supports Caller ID.
Note: to get maximum functionality out of CallClerk you need to subscribe to a CallerID service from your phone company and have a modem that supports Caller ID attached to your computer, also a broadband internet connection is needed to enable call reporting via e-mail.
